Welcome to the Hypno-CBT® Directory.
This page will explain how to join the directory and create a profile.
The first step is to create a listing which will be sent to the College for approval. To do this click on the continue to registration button at the bottom of this page. You’ll be asked to register, adding your email and creating a password.
You’ll then be asked to complete your profile with your personal details including your name, location, contact number, website address and a brief personal introduction. This personal introduction will be the ‘snippet’ that potential clients see when they conduct a search. They may decide to click into your project based on what you write here so think about making this introduction engaging. You will also be asked to upload a picture which will be your thumbnail image in the platform.
Once you click save you will be taken to a new screen where you can complete your profile. Here you will be asked to write a full ‘About Me’, make this section very descriptive so your clients can learn about you. You will be given the option to upload further images, we would encourage you to add at least one more image. Your full address and postcode will allow the google maps functionality. Please complete as many of the other fields as you can and remember to link your calendar so clients can book appointments with you, you’ll see some of these are mandatory.
Once you have submitted your listing the administration team will be notified and will action the approval process.
Approval process
Once your listing request has been received you will be sent an agreement to continue with your registration. This agreement will outline the terms for joining the directory and will give you the option of:
– Join / continue your membership with the Hypno-CBT® Professional Membership Hub. The directory listing and use of the Hypno-CBT® trademark are included in this.
– Join the Directory and be granted permission to use the Hypno-CBT® trademark.
– Join the directory only
You will need to choose one of the options above and provide your insurance certificate and confirm the name of your professional body. On receipt of these
you will be sent a payment link for the fee
