I am an integrated therapist specialising in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy focused on supporting you to reach your potential.

One of my passions is working with people to help them reach their goals and their potential. And this can be in a variety of ways; developing your sense of self-esteem, feeling more confident and resourceful, developing a positive outlook and thinking or introducing calmness and space in your thinking, managing stress and anxiety, finally banishing your phobia’s. Your goals will be unique to you.

We spend time and money on our clothes, our bodies, our homes creating the right environment around us. Why not spend some quality time developing our thoughts with the intent of achieving your goals. My aim is to work with you exploring your thoughts and feelings to develop a mind-set that helps you reach your potential.

So set that goal firmly in sight, whether it’s a sporting event, overcoming a fear or anxiety, building confidence in the workplace or socially, a wedding speech or simply feeling that you are in control of your everyday life, call me to explore how I can support you to achieve that goal.

Through one-to-one coaching sessions we will use hypnotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, NLP, mindfulness, acceptance & commitment therapy and traditional coaching techniques to help you reach your potential. I also have a qualification in Nutritional Advice for clients seeking to achieve weight loss.

Your body and emotional state of being is driven by your mind and thoughts. You have the mindpower to take control of your thoughts and internal dialogue to create a healthy, happy and positive you to reach your full potential.
